Initial enquiries are free of charge. Any chargeable services will be quoted to you in writing and agreed by you before the work begins.
As the initial enquiry is free of charge, no refund applies to that stage. For any chargeable service, cancellation terms and any applicable refund arrangements will be set out in the written quote agreed with you before work begins.
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific chargeable service in question. We are not liable for decisions made by, or actions taken by, any mobile network operator or other third party, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
To raise a complaint, contact hello@devicedealshelp.online. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within 14 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
